The annual Blount Harbour Property Owner’s Association (POA) meeting was held September 17, 2022.
Here are the results of that meeting:
- In order to adequately fund the Reserve, annual dues have been increased to $200 with the stipulation that they not increase for three years (minimum).
- Dues, when assessed in June, are to be mailed to the newly created BHPOA permanent address of 2800 Leisure Circle, Bumpass VA 23024.
In accordance with the CCR's, the Board members have elected the following individuals to the specific offices.
- President - David Evers
- Vice President - Leanne Hansen
- Treasurer - Joe Weatherton
- Secretary - Mark Wainwright
- Member-At-Large - Jack Cunningham
